Middletown Point Pleasant

Round Pie

The round pie is a traditional thin-crust pizza. The sourdough crust is topped with milled plum tomatoes, both fresh and aged mozzarella, and fresh garlic, cooked well done and finished with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

Round Tomato Pie

Can be ordered with either our round or square sourdough crust. This is a vegan pie, topped with milled plum tomatoes, lots of fresh shaved garlic, and then finished with plenty of fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

Round White Pie

Can be ordered with either our round or square sourdough crust. It's topped with fresh and aged mozzarellas, ricotta, and fresh garlic, then finished with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

Square spinach special

Our first specialty pie, we've been perfecting this one since 2018. It started as square only, but we now make it on both our round and square sourdough crusts. It features fresh and aged mozzarellas, sharp provolone, plenty of spinach, fresh garlic, a little heavy cream and parmigiano reggiano. After the bake we finish it with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

Square pie

The square pie is a light, crisp and airy sourdough crust baked in a pan. It is topped with milled plum tomatoes, fresh and aged mozzarella, and fresh garlic. After the bake, it's finished with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.
